The Salamanca Area Chamber of Commerce is preparing for its Annual Silver Bells Festival held in honor of Salamanca's own Ray Evans, lyricist of the famous Christmas song Silver Bells. With the help of the community, businesses and organizations we anticipate another wonderful holiday event.
